| Description | Envelope labelled '10' and entitled 'Women's Outings.'
Contains sixteen black and white photographs of groups embarking on outings, mostly photographed alongside their mode of transport or in transit. These groups are predominantly composed of women, however, there are some men and also children within a couple of the images. For instance, one of the photographs contains men and women and appears to be an image of an outing of the Disabled Club, which was opened in the 1950s by Poplar Methodist Church Minister, Reverend Sutcliffe. |
