Contains one black and white photograph of an outdoors crowd scene, with members of the British Royal family gathered around a person who is in a hospital bed, including Queen Mary and King George V (the latter died in 1936). On the reverse of the photograph is the following annotation: 'King George V and Queen Mary talk to disabled at Limehouse Town Hall.'

The envelope does not contain the other images referred to in its title above.
