DescriptionTwenty-two black and white images (20 photographs; 2 postcards) of members of the clergy and other staff from Poplar Methodist Church. Some of the photographs have titles on the reverse and also some markings/calculations.

Includes images of: Reverend Lax; Mrs Lax; Reverend Irvonwy Morgan; Reverend W. W. Mason; Reverend T. Sutcliffe and Sister Jean McNair. Highlights include some more informal photographs of Reverand Lax and Reverend Morgan. For instance, a photograph of Reverend Lax during the period when he was Mayor of Poplar (decked in mayoral robes, riding a carousel at a fair held at Poplar Recreation Ground c. 1918) and a photograph of Reverend Irvonwy Morgan playing cards with a group of people in a Second World War air raid shelter.
