Two other documents were found in the envelope: a letter dated 15 June 1956 to Mr Prower at Poplar Methodist Mission from Lewis W. Taylor & Co. Solictors (regarding the transfer of 1, 2 and 3 Woodstock Road) and a receipt dated 29 March 1957 for payment relating to stamp and form of Memorandum. The receipt was issued by the Methodist Church Department of Chapel Affairs to Reverend W. W. Mason, Poplar. |
