| Description | One volume containing minutes of annual meetings of the Trustees of 'Cliff Edge', Poplar Methodist Church's convalescent holiday home, located at Minster-on-Sea, Isle of Sheppey, Kent. Minutes are for meetings dating from 25 January 1929 - Tuesday 4 February 1958 inclusive (the latter signed off on 27 February 1959).
There was also a lot of loose material relating to Cliff Edge found throughout the volume, dating from 1947-1958. The material consists of: lists of names; meeting minutes; an exercise book (entitled ''Cliff Edge'' Holiday Home: Inventory'); correspondence; notes; calculations; financial material; promotional/advertising material and product information for appliances. This loose material has been placed into three archival folders for access and preservation reasons. |

| PhysicalDescription | The volume is fine, however the loose material contained within was getting damaged due to way it was stored. Therefore the loose material has been removed from the volume and re-housed into three archival folders. The volume and folders of loose material have been housed together in one larger folder and will be produced to readers as one item, as per the original order of the material. |
