At this point the Half Moon Theatre was confident that having worked on convincing the GLC to 'bring back Wilton's as a live centre for the East End' they would be able to raise the remaining half million needed to 'renovate Wilton's, with a large pub, a restaurant, exhibition space, meeting rooms, rehearsal and workshop space and [get the] splendid auditorium back in use'. |
