- Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting held at the Half Moon Theatre in October 1977.

- 3 pages of minutes from an unidentified meeting, the papers for this are annotated with the date 25 June 1978. As one of the items is entitled 'Amendments to the Articles of Association' it is likely that these papers relate to an AGM.

- Minutes of an AGM held on Saturday 14 July 1979 and minutes of the Management Council meeting held on the same day. Includes a meeting notification and agenda for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday 18 August 1979.

- Minutes of an AGM held on 21 September 1980.

- Minutes from an AGM held on 21 November 1981.

- Meeting notification from Graham Cowley for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday 20 February 1982.
