From 1. to 2. for 21 years, of ground under no. 8 arch (the first arch west from the arch leading from South Street to Lower Rich Street) of the London and Blackwall Railway, plus nos. 5 and 6 South Street, Limehouse, lately occupied by Mr. Kendrick and Mr. Wright, on condition that 2. takes down the chimneys of the two houses and converts them into a warehouse and stable.

Recites lease for 56½ years of 25 March 1848, from Edward Stock to George Blackburn.
