Description1. Benjamin Brecknell of the Haymarket, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, wax and tallow chandler, and William Marriott of York Place, City Road, stockbroker (trustees appointed by the will of William Tilt of St. Paul's Churchyard, confectioner, deceased).

2. Samuel Turner of the Haymarket, tallow chandler.

3. Willam Spear of Gray's Inn, gent.

Recites the will of William Tilt (died 1 Nov.1807);
Marriott wishes to relinquish his position as, trustee and Brecknell wishes to appoint 2. as a new trustee in his place. In order to effect this, Brecknell and Marriott convey the property in St. Anne's, Limehouse, held by them in trust under the terms of William Tilt's will, to 3. by means of lease and release; the property is then reconveyed to the new trustees, Brecknell and Turner, by means of another lease and release of 2-3 Feb 1810.
