He appoints Benjamin Sulman [husband of his daughter Elizabeth] of City Road, die sinker, and his son John Richard. Furneaux of 1, North Grove East, Mildmay Park, Islington, his executors.
Apart from £50 left to his clerk, Charles Blackwell, all other bequests are either directly to, or in trust for, his wife Emma and his children Elizabeth [Sulman], John Richard [b.1841], Alexander John [b.1848], Herbert James [b.1858], William Martin [b.1861] and Emma Mary Daisy [b.1866].
