After several assignments, the residue of the lease on the Garrick Tavern was transferred to Tredwen in 1896; having carried out alterations and repairs to the premises, he now surrenders the lease to 2. (the holder of the reversion, following Revd. H.S. Hawkins' death on 4 Jan. 1895) with a request that a new lease for 50 years be granted to him. |
