Samuel Hoole (19 Jun. 1825), first service of Reverend H.Higginson (26 Jun. 1825), burial of Grace Thompson by Reverend John Stock (11 Feb 1825), "the building was lighted by gas for the first time" (20 May 1826), chapel repairs 9 Jul. 1827), an account of fire killing Sarah Saunders, aged 97 (23 - 24 Nov. 1826), and detailed weather comments including daily thermometer and barometer readings (Dec.1825 to 1826).
