Recites the death, intestate, of William Wentworth Davis, father of 2. and husband of 3., and the judgement in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice, 1 Apr. 1881, whereby his estate was to be equally divided between 1. and 2. With the payment from 1. to 2. of £28 6s in Jan. 1884, equitable division of the estate has been achieved, and 1. and 3. (acting for 2.) now convey equal parts of the estate to 4., but for the benefit of 1. and 2.
Includes schedules of the property (as in TH/8334/7/1, with Schriers Terrace and Ada Place now renumbered as 105-121 (odd) Bridge Street East) and of deeds, 1842-1859.
