In 2008, Tower Hamlets Homes Limited (THH) was established as an Arm's Length Management Organisation to manage about 22,000 homes in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. THH was created to allow Tower Hamlets to qualify for the government's Decent Homes fund, which ended in 2017. On 1 November 2023, Tower Hamlets Council took back control of housing management services from THH. |
