DescriptionAnnotated copy of the legal document confirming the approval of the Schemes by King Edward VII at the Court at St. James' on 9th March 1901. The schemes were prepared by the Commissioners appointed by the Committee of the Lords of the Council for the purposes of the London Government Act 1899.

Relates to three schemes in the Borough of Poplar - St. Mary Stratford Bow, Bromley St. Leonard and All Saints Poplar.

Each report makes mention of boundaries and wards and has sections on charities underlined. Includes first and second schedules for each.
