This is a just true and perfect account of all sums of money by us the said John Smith and Lawrence Hewson or either of us received rated and aforesaid and not received and of all Goods Chattels Stock and Materials that are in our hands of the hands or custody of the Poor wrought and unwrought and of all the sums of money received for oakum sold and of all the other matters and things done and transacted by us as overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall for the year 1746.
