This is a just true and perfect account by the said Joseph Hefford and George Stevens or either of the received and rated and aforesaid and not received and of all goods chattels stock and materials that are in our hands or the hands or custody of the poor wrought and unwrought and of all sums of money received for oakum sold and of all the other matters and things transacted by us as the overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall for the year 1745.
