This is a just true and perfect account of all sums of money paid by us the said William heaviside and John May or other of us received and rated and adopted and not received and of all goods chattels and stock and materials that are in our hands or the hands or custody of the poor wrought and unwrought and of all sums of money owing for oakum delivered and of all other matters and things transacted by us as overseers of the poor of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall for the year 1744.
