This is a just, true and perfect account of all sums of money by us the said John Taylor and John Cooper, or either of us received, and of all sums, rated and aforesaid and not received, and of all goods, chattels, stock and materials that are in our hands or custody of the poor, wrought and unwrought, and of all sums of money received for oakum and other materials sold, and of all other matters and things done and transacted by us as overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall, or either of us for the year 1754.
