Description'Per contra' totals and cash paid Mr Felton, church warden.
This is a just, true and perfect account of all sums of money by us the said William Strange and Warren Burnie, in either of us received, and of all sums rated by aforesaid and not received, and of all goods, chattels, stock and materials that are in our hands, or hands or custody of the poor, wrought and unwrought, and of all sums of money received for oakum or other materials sold, and of all other matters and things done and transacted by us as overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall or either of us for the year 1753.
