The aforegoing account is a just, true and perfect account of all sums of money by me received and expended as church warden and overseer of the poor for the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall for the year 1753, and of all other matters transacted by me relating to my said office as aforesaid.
I swear before me and of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex, 24 May 1754.
