We, among others whose names are subscribed inhabitants of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall in the parish of Stepney in the county of Middlesex, have examined the aforegoing accounts of Mr Christopher Felton, church warden of the said Hamlet for the year 1753 and find the same to be just and right.
