| Description | Mr William Stevens, churchwarden, to the hamlet
To cash received of Mr Buzzard, and Mr Noble, late overseers.
We among others, whose names are subscribed inhabitants of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall in the parish of Stepney in the county of Middlesex, have, pursuant to a warrant from Thomas Quarill and Walter Berry Esquire, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said county, examined the foregoing accounts of Mr William Stevens, churchwarden for the said hamlet for the year 1751, and find by the same that there is due to Mr William Stevens one hundred and sixty pounds, five shillings and eleven pence farthing.
