This is a just, true and perfect account of all sums of money by us, the said Thomas Buzzard and Richard Noble on either of the received, and of all sums rated and aforesaid and not received, of all goods and chattels, stock and materials that are in our hands or the hands or custody of the poor, wrought and unwrought, and of all sums of money received for oakum and other material sold, and of all other matters and things done and transacted by us as overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall, or either of us for the year 1750.
