This is a just and true and perfect account of all sums of money by us, Samuel Randall and Alexander Norcliffe, or either of us received, and of all sums rated and aforesaid , and notified of all goods, chattels, stock and material, later in their hand or the hand of * of the poor, wrought and unwrought of all sums of money for oakham or the materials sold, and of all other matters and things done and transacted by us as overseers for the poor of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall, or either of us for the year 1749.
