Description	This is a just true and perfect account of all sums of money expended and received by my late father Timothy Bellamy the late churchwarden of the Hamlet and Blackwall for the year 1744 or by me the administrator and of all other matters transacted by him or me relating to his churchwardenship as aforesaid witnessed by my hand, 8 July 1745 sworn, John Bellamy before two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex do hereby allow approve of and confirm the aforegoing account of Mr Timothy Bellamy the late churchwarden of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall deceased as presented by his administrator John Bellamy for the year 1744
