This is a just true and perfect account of all sums of money by us Richard Garment and Richard Hagar or either of us received and of all sums rated and aforesaid and not received and of all goods chattels stock and materials that are in our hands or the hands or custody of the poor wrought and unwrought and of all sums of money received for oakum or other material sold and of all other matters and things done or transacted by us as overlords of the poor of the Hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall or either of us in the year 1748.
