Recites:
(a) lease of 1 Nov. 29 Eliz.I [1587]
(b) assignment of 20 Oct. 31 Eliz.I [1589]
Explains that Fabian Poscelett has now died and that by his testament the interest he had in the waste ground at Limehouse is now vested in Paule Smith and Elizabeth Rose.
1. now assign to 2. a part (30 feet) of the said wasteground, lying between part of the said wasteground already assigned to 2. by Fabian Poscelett, deceased, on the east, and another part occupied by Richard Adams on the west, abutting the Thames on the south, and the common way and passage leading from "Radcliff to Lymoste" on the north, for the residue of 500 years.
2. agrees to pay Lord Wentworth 2s 4d p.a. (in twice-yearly instalments).
