Recites: (a) lease of 1 Nov. 29 Eliz. I [1587] (b) assignment of 20 Oct. 31 Eliz I [1589] 1. now assigns to 2. a part (90 feet) of the said waste ground, lying between 10 feet of the said waste ground still occupied by 1. and "layede out for a passage or landinge place from the River of Thames" on the east, and another piece of the said waste ground already assigned to Edmond Stephanes [sic], shipwright, on the west, abutting the Thames on the south, and the "common waye or passage leading from Ratcliffe to Lymoste" on the north, for the residue of 500 years. 2. agrees to pay Henry, Lord Wentworth, 4s 6d p.a.
