At the time the will was written Mrs. Chalk was living at 95 Dempsey Street, in the Parish of Stepney, Middlesex. In the document Mary Ann bequeaths her gold watch and chain to her sister Elizabeth Pooke and divides the rest of her possessions between both of her sisters (Elizabeth Pooke and Sarah Thompson). She appoints her two sons, James Jabez Chalk and Seymour William Chalk, as executors of her will. |
