and
Frederick Seymour Chalk and Robert Marzetti Seymour Chalk of 72 Ashley Gardens, London, S.W.1 (hereinafter called ''the Trustees'' which expression where the context admits shall include the Trustee or Trustee hereof for the time being) of the other part.'
The deed outlines that the firm, J. J. and S. W. Chalk, has determined to establish a trust for the purpose of providing pension on retirement and other benefits for its employees, hereinafter called ''the Pension Scheme''.
The deed is signed in two sections by Frederick Seymour Chalk and Robert Marzetti Seymour Chalk (once as proprietors/partners and once as trustees) and witnessed by G. E. Fox. It is later referred to as an Interim Pension Scheme Trust Deed when the Definitive Trust Deed is approved on 6 May 1953. |
