| Description | Large notebook containing annual stocktaking amount records in connection with a Ledger E, dating from April 1946 - April 1974 and some loose material relating to Ledger A dated March 1974. The volume's title of 'Green Ledger' is printed on a label on the front cover, however, the label is annotated with the letter 'E'.
The volume begins with records of 'Stocktaking Amounts April 1 1946 to 31 March 1947', proceeded by stocktaking amount records for 1948-1974 with a note on the bottom of the last page used which reads: 'Finished 5th April 1974'.
There are also various receipts attached to pages within the volume, these usually have titles including the word blue, (e.g. 'Blue Ledger', 'Blue 1968', 'E. Ledger 1974 etc). The loose material consists of a document entitled 'Yearly Amounts Owing ''A'' Ledger, Year 1st April 1973 to 31st March 1974'.
The records fill about two thirds of the volume, the remainder is unused. |
