| Description | Very large, untitled volume, containing records about accounts held with J. J. and S. W. Chalk dating from April 1965 - July 1968 and some loose documentation dating from March 1965 - March 1966.
The records are arranged numerically by account number and also, for the most part, alphabetically (some entries are not in exact alphabetical order within their letter section etc). Each account section includes lists of the account holder's credits and debits to J. J. and S. W. Chalk, arranged in date order.
The volume is split into two parts with a card divider to separate them. The first part contains records dating from April 1965 - July 1967; the latter contains records dating from April 1967 - July 1968. The loose material found within the volume consists of some handwritten notes and calculations. |
