The beginning of the volume contains minutes of Leaders' meetings, held approximately every 2-3 months, dating from 18th February 1965 - 25 September 1974 (inclusive). In the minutes of the September meetings the date of the next Leaders' meeting is given as 28 November 1974, however, there are no minutes for a meeting on that date and the subsequent minutes recorded in the volume are for a 'Church Counil' meeting held on 20 March 1975. Subsequent minutes recorded in the volume are for quarterly Church Council meetings (and some Church Consultation and Council meetings) dating from 16 June 1975 - 18 February 1976 (inclusive). The minutes on 18 February 1976 make note of the Church Council welcoming into membership a list of people (e.g. Mr and Mrs Rozzell) from the United Reformed Church.
The next minutes recorded in the volume are entitled 'Minutes of the first Church meeting of the Methodist Church held in Trinity Church on 23 June 1976', subsequent minutes are also for meetings entitled 'Church Meeting' (and make reference to 'Church Council' meetings as separate meetings) dating from 8 September 1976 - 8 May 1980 (inclusive). This section of records is followed by minutes of Church Council meetings dating from 14 October 1980 - 16 May 1984, the latter signed off on 11 July 1984.
