| Description | Containing hand-written, attached and loose minutes within, predominantly of the Executive Committee of the New Cambridge Boys' Club. Also contains loose documentation such as the consitution for the New Cambridge Boys' Club.
The first set of minutes recorded within the volume are from a meeting held at Virginia Road School on 30 June 1954 which pre-dated the registration of the New Cambridge Boys' Club. From January 1955 there are minutes from meetings of the Executive Committee of the New Cambridge Boys' Club, as well as minutes of the Club's Annual General Meetings and other Club meetings. |

| PhysicalDescription | Volume was in a very poor physical condition with a detached spine. The large amount of loose papers inserted within (beyond the point where the minutes were written in the volume), was serving to put additional strain on it. For this reason the latter half of the contents of the volume (which consisted solely of loose material) have been removed to ease this pressure and placed in a separate archival folder.
The volume and folder form two parts of the one item. Original order has been maintained despite the relocation of some of the contents of the volume. This has been acheived by ensuring that the loose material removed has been kept in the same order within the folder as it was found within the volume. No loose material from the first half of the volume has been removed from the volume. |
