The property consisted of 2 Langdale St, St George in the East; 21 Robinson's Row, Kingsland, Hackney (divided into two tenements, occupied by Bryan and Sarah Jones); 'The Golden Lion', New Road, St George in the East, occupied by Joseph Horsley; two further houses in New Road, St George in the East, occupied by Captain Alexander Scott and Mr Thompson, broker; property called Causeland and Trevidland alias Tresvidlands, in the parishes of Liskeard and St Keyne, Cornwall.
Witnesses: John Sender (of James St), Thomas Adlard and Henry Edward Basely, all of St George in the East.
