On dorse of lease:
(a) Assignment (7 Feb. 1828) of the above premises, (except for that part leased to John French on 4 Nov. 1824) from John Hurnard of White Row, Spitalfields, coal meter (an assignee of John Stidston, who had been declared an 'insolvent debtor') to Charles Howell of 40 Gravel Lane, Southwark, carpenter, for the residue of 21 years, Howell having offered £63 at auction for the lease.
(b) Deed poll (19 Feb.1828) by which Charles Howell assigns the whole of the premises mentioned to John French of Artillery Passage for the residue of the 21 years, in consideration of £165 paid to him by French.
