Recites lease for 21 years of 22 October 1803 from John Wakefield of Cheshunt, Herts, esq, to 1. and Edward Davie of Rosemary Lane, cloth seller, of a messuage in Rosemary Lane and an adjoining messuage in Baker's Arms Alley, Whitechapel, then occupied by John Davis, ironmonger, at an annual rent of £19.

Edward Davie has since died, and 1. now assigns the said lease to 2. for the remainder of the 21 years, for a consideration of £110.
