DescriptionAdmission in fee (Stepney Manorial Court) of Reginald Charles Otter of Air Street, Piccadilly, gent, on the surrender of Joseph Otter of Air Street, saddler, and John Otter of 8 Denbigh Street, Pimlico, Master Mariner, to two-thirds of a piece of land on the east side of George Street, Church Fields, Limehouse, 15 feet wide and 60 feet long, containing a messuage (18 George Street - "now no. 24 Brenton Street, Limehouse"* formerly occupied by Mr. Pearson and then by William Oram).

[* Street name changed to Brenton Street in 1871, this endorsement probably made late 19th century. House now demolished].
