It is approximately eighteen centimetres tall by twenty six wide. Only one of the sketches is a male nude. There are no page numbers.
Three quarters of the first page have been removed with scissors, with the remaining quarter containing a short religious poem. In addition, one of the paintings is of a domed building which may be St. Paul's Cathedral.

| PhysicalDescription | Condition: The condition of this sketchbook is unfortunately very poor. The front cover bears a large circular discolouration, possibly from a mug or drinking cup. There are also numerous pen marks and paint splashes on both the front and back covers. Inside many pages appear to have been torn out, and the remaining sketches are slightly dirty. |
