Recites mortgage of 14 February 1692 of the property by Robert Austen of St Martin-in-the-Fields, gentleman, to raise £530 from Lancelot Burton also of St Martin-in-the-Fields, gentleman. This was not repaid, and Burton assigned the mortgage to (1) who now assigns the same to (2) for £800.
