| Description | Using the main Valuation List (L/THL/C/2/11), entries will refer to these Direction Sheets with a D reference number. Each sheet is numbered with the D reference.
Entries give the assessment number; analysis code; address and description e.g 'Rooms 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors'; date; gross value; rateable value; rateable value last shown in the valuation list. The entries also refer to the next Direction sheet if there has been a later change to the rateable value.
There are two sequences of the same series of information: L/THL/C/2/12/1-13 and L/THL/C/2/14-26. The first is the original set and the second is a contemporary copy, both with manuscript additions. There is variation between the two sets, with additional amendments which do not appear in the other. It is advised to use the first set and if the property does not appear, use the second. |
