Folder also contains a one page computer printed document re charitable trusts. This table is entitled 'London Borough of Tower Hamlets Former Neighbourhood Charitable Trusts', but has been left blank other than the name of the Trust: 'Bethnal Green Endowed Charities' . The reference to 'former Neighbourhood' implies this document dates from sometime after the Decentralised, Neighbourhood period in Tower Hamlets when the Liberal Democrats were in control of the Council (1986-1994). |
