We among others whose names are here subscribed inhabitants of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall in the parish of Stepney in the county of Middlesex have examined the aforegoing accounts of Captain George Stevens, church warden of the said hamlet for the year 1754 and find the same to be just and right.
