The parent company later became William Mallinson and Denny Mott Limited later remamed as Mallinson Denny Group.
The firm described themselves as 'Timber and veneer merchants and panel manufacturers' of 130-142 Hackney Road in 1945 and 130-150 Hackney Road from 1946.
By 1957 'timber and veneer merchant. Manufacturers of plywood, armourply, panels, composite partitioning and insulating boards'.
The company imported timber from across the world and their activities were part of wider global deforestation including the Amazon Rainforest in South America.
