DescriptionEnvelope containing correspondence and other documentation including notes and accounts sheets and calcuations re the Bonner debt to J. J. and S. W. Chalk. The latter includes a breakdown of the amount owed by the late James Bonner to the Chalks for timber supplied (August 1888 - September 1889) and details of Mrs. Bonner's repayments (January 1890 - July 1891). There is also a handwritten note about a property, most likely concerning 33 Cambridge Gardens.

Includes the following correspondence:

letters from Mr John Ashbridge (of 238 Whitechapel Road) to J. J. and S. W. Chalk (November - December 1890); letter from Mrs. E. Bonner to an unknown addressee re fixtures at 33 Cambridge Gardens (23 May 1890); cover letter from J. B. Albery to S. W. Chalk (tenant to landlord) re tenancy issues, including a further letter to Mrs. Bonner from R. H. J. Pearson, Ironmongers and owners of 35 Cambridge Gardens, forwarded by Mr Albery (22-23 July 1890).
