| Description | Two booklets by the 'Being the Church in Poplar' Group. The earlier of the two is entitled ' 'Being the Church in Poplar' and the later, 'About Being the Church in Poplar'. The address given inside the booklets is that of Poplar Methodist Church, Trinity Church, East India Dock Road. There is reference to the LDDC (London Docklands Development Corporation) and the Island Neighbourhood Project (the former was started in 1981, the latter 1980) so it is likely these were produced in the early 1980s. |
