Some correspondents were later interviewed for the Group's oral history project for which sheets of interview notes are included. There is a letter from the musician and noted hotelier Alfred Feld, and a few letters from American citizens originally from the East End, including one from Robert Simpson, author of a novel, 'April's There' (Harper & Row, 1973) - photocopy of the novel included.
