| Description | Attached to affidavit of William Smart, solicitor's clerk, testifying that on 26 November 1821 the testator dictated these instructions for his will to him, and signed them, but then died the following day before the will could be executed. The testator left a copyhold house in Whitechapel. The instructions were presented at a Court baron of the manor of Stepney, 27 April 1824 |
