DescriptionAppoints his wife Hannah Johnson his sole executrix, and makes the following bequests:
His copyhold property in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, occupied by John Harvey, and the house adjoining his present dwellinghouse, to his son Bastwick Johnson on reaching the age of 21.
To his wife for life, and afterwards to his daughter Jane Johnson (or Bastwick Johnson should she predecease her mother), five houses in Broad Street, Ratcliff; four houses near Meeting House Alley, in one of which Captain Batten lives; a house in Broad St, lately bought from Humphrey Owen, and a house in Bostock St, lately bought from Susan Bonham, widow.
The residue of his goods and property to his wife Hannah Johnson.
Witnesses: Dennis Swyny, Francis Churchman, William Page (scribe).
On dorse: Note that administration of remaining goods was granted to Bastwick Johnson, as administrator of Hannah Johnson with the will annexed, on 31 Jan 1701/2.
